EduCare Support Services, Inc. provides comprehensive Mobile Treatment Services (MTS) designed to deliver high-quality, person-centered mental health care directly to individuals in their homes, community settings, or preferred environments. Our goal is to reduce barriers to treatment, promote stability, and empower individuals to achieve optimal wellness while living independently in their communities.

As an intensive, community-based program approved in Maryland, MTS utilizes a multidisciplinary team approach. Our licensed clinicians, psychiatric providers, rehabilitation specialists, and case managers work collaboratively to ensure individuals receive the consistent support they need—especially those who struggle to engage in traditional outpatient services.

Program Services

• Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management: Regular visits from psychiatric providers to support symptom management and medication compliance.
• Individual, Family & Crisis Counseling: Trauma-informed therapeutic support delivered where individuals feel safest.
• Case Management & Care Coordination: Assistance navigating community resources, housing supports, benefits, medical care, and social services.
• Skills Training for Daily Living: Coaching to strengthen coping skills, self-care routines, communication, financial management, and independence.
• 24/7 Crisis Intervention Support: Immediate response from our team to help prevent hospitalizations and address emergencies promptly.
• Culturally Responsive & Person-Centered Care: Services tailored to the unique needs of diverse populations, including immigrants, refugees, and underserved communities.

EduCare’s Mobile Treatment Program supports adults and transitional-age youth diagnosed with mental health disorders, including individuals with:

• Serious and persistent mental illness
• Co-occurring behavioral challenges
• Difficulty engaging in traditional clinic-based services
