Takoma Park Food Pantry (Pantry-On-The-Go)

The Takoma Park Food Pantry provides monthly and emergency food assistance to low-income families, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and new immigrants. We offer culturally relevant fresh produce, proteins, grains, and pantry staples sourced from local farms, the Capital Area Food Bank, and community partners.

Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC)

Licensed mental health clinicians (Social Workers and Therapists LMSW, LGPC,LCSW-C, LCPC) provide trauma-informed therapy, behavioral health assessments, medication management (Mental Health Nurse Practitioners – NP, PMHNP, DMP) and individualized treatment planning and case management for children, youth, and adults.

The Rosewood House

The Rosewood House is an ASAM 3.1 Clinically Managed Low-Intensity Residential Services program designed to provide a structured, supportive, and recovery-focused living environment for youth and adults who require stability while working toward emotional, behavioral, and substance-use recovery.

The program offers safe, community-based housing combined with individualized support services that help residents build coping skills, develop healthy routines, and progress toward long-term independence. Rosewood House is not a group home or medical facility, but rather a supportive residential setting in Clinton, Maryland where residents receive guidance and accountability as they work through recovery and life challenges.

Residents receive:

  • Individualized case management
  • Recovery support and goal planning
  • Life-skills development (e.g., budgeting, personal care, household responsibilities)
  • Linkage to outpatient behavioral health, medical, and social services
  • Coordination with families, schools, and community partners
  • Safe, structured housing with supportive oversight

Workforce Development & Employment Services

Our Workforce Development Unit supports job seekers with job readiness training, resume building, interview coaching, digital literacy, and direct placements with employer partners in Montgomery & Prince George’s Counties.

Driver Education & MVA-Approved 3-Hour Drug & Alcohol Class

EduCare is an MVA-approved provider of the Safe and Sober: Drug & Alcohol Education Program, helping new and returning drivers meet Maryland licensing requirements.

  • Driving education workshops for immigrants & refugees
  • Transportation safety seminars
  • Youth & adult driver responsibility training

Youth Mentoring & Leadership Development

EduCare offers a structured mentoring model that provides academic support, character development, life skills training, and positive leadership opportunities for at-risk youth ages 8–24.

Emergency Assistance & Housing Stabilization

This program provides emergency support for households facing crisis, eviction risk, or instability, especially immigrants and families without credit.
